• Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT, surveillance, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations
• Onsite opportunity with some primary care services also provided
• Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
• No holidays, or on-call responsibility
