Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is growing to serve our community. More than 2,000 primary care and specialty physicians, as well as more than 800 advanced practice clinicians, are employed by the health network through LVPG. This position is located in Allentown Pennsylvania. We are seeking a Physician who has a passion in teaching as well as working in an underserved community. The position will be split into 60% of the time teaching residents and 40% of the time practicing. Lehigh Valley Physician Practice is open Monday-Friday 8a-5p and has 4 Physicians, 3 APC's, and 30 other team members that you will be working with. LVPP is a community health center with a robust embedded wrap around with resources such as behavioral health, diabetes educators, social workers, RN case managers, and pharmacists. LVPP is also the ambulatory training site for Internal Medicine, transitional year, and psych residents. Call is rotated between the Physicians and APCs at this practice. Cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Instituteare always evolving. In this position you will work at the flagship location for Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute, the John and Dorothy Morgan Cancer Center, located at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest.  Our cancer center provides a full range of cancer screening diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and continuing care services. In this role, you can expect: - Inpatient only care for hematology oncology patients - Evening Shift 7 PM - 7 AM, 3 nights on, 6 nights off - Individualized onboarding period for training during day shift The Cancer Institute values collaboration among our clinicians, including our multidisciplinary care team. Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is growing to serve our community. More than 2,000 primary care and specialty physicians, as well as more than 800 advanced practice clinicians, are employed by the health network through LVPG. This position is located in Allentown Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley.  At our Allentown location, you will be working alongside 7 Physicians, 2 CRNPs, and 29 other staff members. This office is open M-F 8a-5p with call being rotated between all Physicians and APCs. Full time is considered 36 patient facing hours. Part time options are considered. Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new, wellness/preventative, TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for return patients and acute visits.  The division of internal medicine is growing with more than 20 practices and 100 clinicians.
