Position Overview

As the Section of Palliative Medicine and Hospice, we are a part of the fabric of care at LVHN, with a fully integrated palliative care continuum to assure optimal patient experience.  We are currently seeking a CRNP to expand our services to Lehigh Valley Pocono.  The provider will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice, a nationally recognized, innovative palliative medicine service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Inpatient hospital rounding/consults/Clinic/Home-based
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00
  • Weekend call schedule

Qualifications

  • A network champion for Palliative Medicine and a passion for clinical work
  • A valid Pennsylvania Certification/License
  • Seeking an experienced nurse practitioner
